Cintamani Crystal Raw Stone

Cintamani is a term that translates to "thought-gem" or "wishing stone." Saffordites appear to be ordinary brown stones to the naked eye. However, upon closer inspection, they feature tiny craters and dimples, giving them a moon-like appearance. When held up to the sun, they change color to lavender or grey-green and become opaque. When held up to a flashlight, they glow fiery orange to bright yellow and become nearly transparent, revealing lines and dimples within the rock.
